These records await later transfer into our business CRM; a saved reference does not confirm that transfer. We use this information to discuss your request, check coverage and arrange an agreed service. A saved enquiry is not a booking or payment. Do not include keys, alarm codes or health information. Your browser may independently retain entered values or offer autofill. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

When you email us

Our business contact address is admin@nextleafgardens.com.au. Use the website enquiry receipt to confirm that an online enquiry was saved; this page does not verify email delivery. Your own email provider also processes the message. We use the name, service address, requested work and contact information you provide to discuss the job, prepare a written quote and arrange an agreed service. Please do not send passwords, keys, alarm codes or sensitive health information.

Understanding the property

We may consult public property listings or mapping imagery for the service address to help estimate garden work. Historical imagery and total block size do not establish current lawn size, growth or access. We clarify material details with you before agreeing on the quote.

Your information

To ask about information you have sent, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email admin@nextleafgardens.com.au. We will discuss the request with you, including any records that need to be retained for an agreed service or business recordkeeping.

Photos and marketing

The website does not upload photos or enrol you in marketing. Permission to publish a customer's job photos is separate from an enquiry or booking.
